Bigtreetech is on my mind they take my money and i dont get my items it is not the first time this has happened but with my last 3 orders totalling over 300 pounds ..not regarding the 1000 pounds i have spent with this company in the past and had no issues but now they do not comminicate with me i have proof of purchase i ask them for help they do not respond i have to spend my time writing comments on there page as to get a reaction …and now they have stopped me from commenting rarther than sort it out …they have great components but very very poor customer relations…and now i feel like they stealing my money as i still not recived my order…… any help any one …greatley aprh.
